Denial of Service

Well another day without a password for my domain and webhosting. I had an email back from the lady who works? there saying she has no trouble logging into it. But I mean she’s not the one who has to log into it is she?  Told her had tried to phone a couple of times, but she wrote back they don’t have phone service, which is rather strange as I spoke to the man who is supposed to be running it “servergrade” on the phone before and they have a phone number on their site for orders and enquiries. So. Also clicked on the link for a new password to be sent early hours of this morning, but still no reply and its mid afternoon. And that’s normally computer generated a lot of places.  I mean when am I going to get access to my website, when the money I have paid is nearly used up? That happened with my mobile phone before they killed it, Had over $40 credit, and when tried to send messages said couldn’t send messages from this service, guess when I could send messages, the day the credit ran out. Also a lot of problem using it, was only one person could get through to, any other calls it just cut out. The person could get through to is right here so that explains why could get through to them, but cut off from anyone else, as just had to say look am trying to ring you.
