Does mail get lost

Early this morning there were about 8 or 9 emails forwarded on to my email addy, when I checked tonight to look at them, there wasn’t one there. So tonight got them sent on again, again not one has come through.  Today I finally got on to a website hosting and domain name registration after spending the last 3 days trying to get one. (Each time it was interferred with.)  I got 12 emails back for orders. I only ordered one.  Must be getting paranoid or delusional about all the emails that haven’t come through in the last couple of weeks. Well someone has just pressed my save and publish button, I wonder if they know where my emails are? Now I’ll hit the button instead.
